Am I charged for stopped instances?

Yes, instances in a stopped state continue to reserve dedicated system resources (RAM, SSD storage, IP aliases, CPU) and therefore incur charges until you destroy the instance. If you wish to no longer accumulate charges for a instance, please use the destroy button found in dashboard -> my servers (link).

How am I billed for my instances?

All instances on your account are billed hourly. The monthly rate is determined by multiplying the hourly rate by 672 hours (28 days). Charges are collected from your account balance which can be updated from dashboard -> update balance (link). 99Stack coins can be bought with most major credit/debit cards, Paypal, Bitcoin, paysafecard, CashU or SWISH.

How can I monitor my current balance and usage?

You find your current balance in dashboard together with current usage (i.e how much you are charged every hour) and the estimated date and time when your balance will hit zero. You will receive a reminder over email within a week before your balance hit zero based on current estimation updated hourly.
What happens if I don't pay in time?
Your active instances and subscriptions are automatically terminated within one hour. Remember to keep your balance above $0 as long as you are using our services. Due date can be found in dashboard.
Does VAT apply for customers in EU?
Yes, VAT is deducted when you purchase 99Stack coins, (i.e if your VAT rate is 25% and you pay $10 you'll receive $7.5 worth of 99Stack coins). VAT is refundable within our 60 days money back guarantee. More info
What payment methods are supported?
We support the following payment methods:

How is bandwidth usage calculated
Your bandwidth usage is based on the highest of either your inbound traffic or your outbound traffic. For example, if your VPS uses 100 GB of incoming bandwidth and 200 GB outgoing bandwidth, your utilization for billing purposes would be 200 GB. Read more
